Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your destination. To get an exact shipping cost, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The cost will update automatically.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office (e.g., New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* during regular seasons, longer during holiday seasons.

Flat Rate Shipping from Warehouse:

You can order multiple items without exceeding a flat shipping rate.

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $5.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* during regular seasons, longer during holiday seasons.

Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners aim for timely delivery, but delays can occur due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events. Muokaes Store is not responsible for such delays, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available immediately, it may mean the package has not yet been processed by the carrier.

Multiple Item Orders

If you ordered multiple items and only received one, don’t worry. Some products may ship separately to reach you faster. Items may arrive at different times.

Order Confirmation Issues

If you haven’t received any order confirmation emails, it may be due to a typo in the email address provided. We send multiple emails throughout the process. If you suspect an error, contact us, and we will correct it.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders for different addresses.

Delivery to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. APO shipments go via DHL Global Mail and then to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. APO shipments can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Tracking may not be available once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons.
