Refund and Returns Policy

For any defective products, email us at [email protected] for guidance. If your item meets any of the following conditions, contact us immediately upon receipt.

We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • Design error: Incorrect design compared to the information provided on our site.
  • Product details do not match the order (type, size, etc.).

What Should You Do?

To request a refund, report the issue within 14 days of receiving your items. Send the following information to our support email: [email protected]

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • A picture of the incorrect or damaged item

Once we evaluate your request, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund should arrive within 2-3 business days.


Returns

For wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. We will approve the refund, which should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not being at home to receive delivery, not picking up packages as requested).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or lost mail after delivery).

Cancellation Policy

Customers have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation.

A management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of the total order value) will be applied to cancellations.

After 24 hours, the item enters production, and we cannot support further changes.

Refund Timeline:

  • Paypal Account: 48 hours
  • Credit Card Account: 10-14 business days (depending on your bank)

Exchange Timeline:

  • In Stock Items: 1-3 business days
  • Out of Stock Items: 5-7 business days

Compensation (Points or Coupons): 1-2 business days

Repair: 7-14 business days


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues unless we sent the wrong size. For printing issues or other concerns, we will handle them directly. Please contact us for guidance before sending back any purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
